Caio Mario da Silva Pereira Neto is Professor of Law at Getulio Vargas Foundation Law School in São Paulo (FGV), where he leads the research group on competition and regulation on digital platforms. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of São Paulo (Brazil), Master of Laws (LL.M.) and Doctorate (J.S.D.) degrees from Yale Law School (USA). He is the author of several books and articles, published in the US, EU and Brazil, with a research focus on competition law and regulation.
