Marcos Araujo Boyd is a Spanish lawyer with over 30 years of experience in the field of competition law.
Marcos is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at the University of Glasgow. His research concerns the notion of undertaking and the various theories related to it such as parental and affiliate liability, succession, intragroup exemption, and jurisdictional anchoring.
Besides his activity as a lawyer, Marcos lectures on competition law at the Universidad Carlos III (Madrid). He also chairs the Spanish Junta Consultiva de Conflictos, a body that adjudicates disputes between the regional and central competition agencies in Spain.
