Dr. Marek Martyniszyn is a Senior Lecturer and an Interim Head of School of Law at Queen’s University Belfast.
His research focuses on various aspects of competition law and policy in international and transnational contexts, as well as on challenges facing new competition law systems. His most recent paper-- Competitive Harm Crossing Borders: Regulatory Gaps And A Way Forward-- analyses gaps in the current regulatory framework governing transnational restrictive business practices.
