Malgorzata Kozak, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at Utrecht University, School of Law. She specializes in European Union law and competition law including private and public enforcement, compliance systems and vertical restraints.
Gosia graduated from law at the University of Gdansk in Poland but also from EU law in Toulouse in France. She completed postgraduate studies in European competition law at King’s College in London. Her Ph.D., secured in Toulouse, focused on the status of commercial agency agreements under the EU competition law.
She has also over 8 years of experience as an advocate (radca prawny) enrolled to the Regional Bar in Gdansk and much longer experience in advising clients in competition law in Warsaw. Currently, she is representing a client in the case before the General Court in case T-791/19.
