The environmental justice clinic

The environmental justice clinic offers a unique combination of legal research and practical work, focusing on the pressing issues of our time - the climate crisis and the protection of natural resources. As part of the clinic’s activities, students will work to promote environmental justice by reducing power disparities between polluters and affected communities, emphasizing the increased responsibility of corporations and polluting entities for the environmental damage caused by their ongoing activities.
