פרופ’ מיכל גל

מיכל גל היא פרופסור וראש הפורום למשפט ושווקים באוניברסיטת חיפה. בנוסף היא משמשת כנשיאה של הארגון העולמי לחוקרים בתחום ההגבלים העסקיים (ASCOLA). היא הוזמנה לשמש כפרופסור אורח בין היתר ב-NYU, אוניברסיטת קולומביה, אוניברסיטת מלבורן, ובאוניברסיטת ג’אורג’טאון. מחקריה התפרסמו בארץ ובעולם וצוטטו, בין היתר, על ידי ארגון המדינות המפותחות (OECD) ועל ידי בית המשפט העליון הישראלי. היא זכתה בפרסים רבים על מחקריה והוראתה, ובין היתר נבחרה כאחת מעשרה חוקרים צעירים מבטיחים במשפטים בישראל (2007) וזכתה פעמיים על המאמר הטוב ביותר בתחרות עולמית לכתיבה בתחום ההגבלים העסקיים (Antitrust Writing Awards). היא מייעצת בנושאים הגבליים לכלכלות קטנות ברחבי העולם כמו גם לארגונים בינלאומיים, לרבות האו”ם.
