Lena Hornkohl


Dr. Lena Hornkohl is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law.

She studied law in Heidelberg and Uppsala, did an LL.M. in European Law and Economic Analysis at the College of Europe, wrote her Ph.D. thesis on private enforcement of competition law with Prof. Müller-Graff of Heidelberg University, and worked in the EU competition law department in an international law firm in Brussels.

Her research interests include European Law, Competition Law, European Civil and Civil Procedure Law as well as International Trade Law.
