Professor Soojin Nam

Soojin Nam is an Assistant Professor at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, South Korea. Her research interests focus upon antitrust and competition law, administrative law and regulatory process. At Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, she currently teaches antitrust and competition law, international law and international contract law. Prior to joining the faculty of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Soojin practiced at large law firms in New York and in Seoul, advising clients mostly on antitrust and competition-related matters in high-tech markets. Soojin holds an AB in Social Studies from Harvard College, an MA in European Affairs from Instituts d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (“Sciences Po”) and a JD from Harvard Law School.
