Oscar Borgogno is Ph.D. candidate in Law, Persons, and Markets at the University of Turin and Research Intern at the Bank of Italy. He earned a M.Sc. in Law and Finance at the University of Oxford. He was a Research Fellow at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society, University of Tilburg. He is admitted to practice law in Italy.
