Oscar Borgogno

Oscar Borgogno is Ph.D. candidate in Law, Persons, and Markets at the University of Turin and Research Intern at the Bank of Italy. He earned a M.Sc. in Law and Finance at the University of Oxford. He was a Research Fellow at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society, University of Tilburg. He is admitted to practice law in Italy. He has published in the fields of competition law and financial regulation (“Data, Innovation and Competition in Finance: The Case of the Access to Account Rule” (2020), 5 European Business Law Review, co-authored with Giuseppe Colangelo; “Smart Contracts as the (new) Power of the Powerless? The Stakes for Consumers” (2018), 26:6 European Review of Private Law, pp. 885–902).
