Luz García is assistant professor in the Department of Commercial at Complutense University of Madrid. Her latest publications have focused on the application of blockchain to financial markets and the issues that may arise in Competition Law and Securities Regulation. She won the best PHD dissertation award for her thesis at the Law faculty (UCM). She has obtained a PostDoc scholarship in the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition of Munich and participated in the Academic Visitors programme of the University of Oxford.
