Juan David Gutiérrez teaches competition law at Javeriana University and public policy at Andes University in Colombia. He is the director of the Latin American chapter of ASCOLA. He holds a PhD in Public Policy from the University of Oxford, an LLM jointly awarded by the University of Bologna and the University of Erasmus Rotterdam, and a Law degree from Javeriana University (Colombia). Since 2018, he has served as a non-governmental advisor to the ICN.
