Erika M. Douglas is an Assistant Professor at Temple University Beasley School of Law. Her scholarship focuses on the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property law, non-price competition and the application of legal theory to new technology. Prior to joining Temple, Professor Douglas practiced antitrust law at the Silicon Valley office of Covington & Burling LLP, where she represented a number of large technology companies. Professor Douglas holds an LL.M. from Stanford University, and obtained her J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
