Andrés Gonzalez: lawyer specialized in Regulation & Competition, holds a LLM in Law & Economics from University College of London. Has been Competition Court clerk at the Chilean Competition Court and Senior competition counsel at the Chilean Public Energy Company (ENAP). He is currently the Competition Law Compliance Officer at a large latinamerican retail company (Cencosud). He also has extensive academic experience as guest lecturer of the “Economic Constitutional Law” course at the Universidad de Magallanes and assistant professor of the “A comparative analysis of property and regulation” course at Pontificia Universidad Católica.
