Prof. Doron Menashe, J.S.D is an associate professor of law, in the Faculty of Law at the University of Haifa and head of the master’s program in "adjudication and criminal procedure".
His field of expertise is Theory of Evidence Law, and he is considered one of the leading experts in this area.
Doron Menashe’s articles have been published in the most prestigious professional journals in the area of evidence and procedure. Menashe serves on the editorial board of one of the world specializing journal in evidence, " International Commentary on Evidence"
Doron Menashe’s writing is often cited by the Supreme Court of Israel.
He has written 3 books so far: The Logic of Admissibility of Evidence, (The Magnes Press and the University of Haifa Press, 2009), A Theory of Evidence Law, (Perlstien-Genosar , 2017) . The Essence of The Reasonable Doubt In Criminal Law, (with E. Gruner Nevo, 2017).
